What to Wear at an Indoor Trampoline Park
Since all indoor trampoline parks are different, please check with your local park for their specific dress code and park rules.
Keep Your Hair Out of Your Face
You don’t want your hair getting into your face (especially if you have long hair) while jumping, so grab a hair tie or scrunchie to tie up your hair.
If you are looking for a fantastic ponytail holder to keep your hair up, here are some suggestions for doing the job.
Trampoline Socks
Most trampoline parks require you to wear trampoline socks at their facility. Some companies will even require you to wear their branded park sock. These unique grip socks help you have better footing while jumping and give you better traction on the trampoline’s surface.
Trampoline socks are also very comfortable, and you may want to wear grip socks daily, like during workouts. If you’re going to buy your socks, we have rounded up some great picks below! Click the images to shop!
What to Wear to The Indoor Trampoline Park
In general, when going to the trampoline park, you’ll want to wear comfortable clothes that are relatively form-fitting. Baggy clothes could get in the way of you having fun and be a potential safety hazard.
- Leggings or joggers protect your legs from plastic burns or trampoline burn if you fall.
- Shorts are not always recommended, but if you must wear athletic shorts with an elastic waist.
- A form-fitting but comfortable t-shirt or tank top, so you don’t have to worry about your top coming up while jumping into the foam pit.
- Shoes that are easy to slip off since you’ll have to take them off anyways: slip-on tennis shoes, sandals, and clogs are all great options.
- Good supportive sports bra

What Not To Wear
- Don’t wear jewelry to your local trampoline park. You may lose your favorite pieces or even your wedding ring if it is loose on your finger.
- Shorts and skirts – too much skin may be a bad idea, and the last thing you want to be jumping in is a dress or a skirt that can flip up on you.
- Belt buckles and clothing with studs – try to stay away from these. They could act as sharp objects and could cause serious injury.
- You don’t want to split your pants while jumping accidentally in tight pants like jeans. Sweatpants would also work well if you don’t have yoga pants.
- Try not to bring a big purse. Some trampoline parks have tiny cubbies to store your stuff in; a big bag may not fit while jumping.
- baggy clothing
We hope this helps you determine what to wear during your fun activity. Be sure to call your local trampoline park for their dress code for the best experience and safety.
