I’m not a newbie to styled clothing subscription boxes for my own personal closet. I’ve tried Stitch Fix (I’m not a fan) and Trunk Club, which I loved and wrote about here. So when I heard about Mac and Mia for babies and kid clothes, I knew I needed to try it out.

Basically, Mac & Mia is a personalized clothing service for babies to kids up to 10 years. Like other clothing subscription boxes, when you go on to the website for the first time, you start off by taking a style quiz that will help your stylist chose 8-12 clothing or accessory pieces for your child. The stylist then sends a box of goodies to your house for you to go through. Keep the items you like and send back the items you don’t. Simple and easy. Best part, you don’t have to receive a box every month, you just order one when you want one!
There is a $20 styling fee, but that styling fee will be applied if you keep at least two items from the box!
Our Box
I decided to try out a box for baby girl since I can’t stop shopping for her. Anyone else feel like they just don’t have enough clothes for their babies?
I was impressed by the packaging and how neatly packaged the box was. I forgot to take a photo before digging in…my bad.
Peppercorn Kids – Bow Tie-Up Head Wrap
I wanted to keep this so bad…but I passed because at this point she only has two headbands and I’m not sure how often she would actually wear this one because it reminds me a 4th of July. Which is fine. I just need to build her basic headband account first. However, if you are looking for a 4th of July accessory for your baby girl, I found the exact headband on Amazon!
Peas and Queens – Kauai Dress Set
I loved this dress and bloomer set. It is just out of my price range for baby clothes. But I did want to buy it so bad, especially now that I can’t find it online anywhere! At $44, the dress was the most expensive in the box. You can however, make a note to your stylist what your budget is. I just didn’t do that.
Miles Baby – Ice Cream Sleeper
I loved this sleeper, but I have so many and so I really didn’t need any more sleepers. I did find it online, so if I decide to buy it…I still can!! But if you need a gift for a baby shower, this would be perfect – especially for those summer babies. I also started looking at the whole line by Miles Baby and I love everything! Without Mac and Mia, I probably won’t have found this brand on my own. You can find this sleeper at Dillards.
Miles Baby – Denim Playsuit
I would have totally bought this, however, with most of our summer being over 100 degrees…I just don’t think its practical for our summer. But if you live in mild summer climate, this playsuit would be perfect. This playsuit can also be bought at Dillards.
Kapital K – Confetti Jersey Bodysuit
I thought this was cute, but I just wasn’t a fan.
Copper Pearl – Georgia Bandana Bib Set
These are cute too. I just didn’t keep a bib on Rowan, so I sent these back, but if you like using bibs these would be so cute for a baby girl! I actually have some swaddles from Copper Pearl and they are amazing!!
L’oved Baby – Short Sleeve Kimono Bodysuit
This one I did buy. I needed a plain white onesie and I love the kimono detail. I just needed a reason to pull the trigger and this was it! I am thinking about buying several other colors too. You can find them on Amazon.
Miles Baby – Popsicle Bubble
I almost bought this one. I’m still thinking about buying this directly from Miles Baby! But really, thanks to Mac and Mia, I discovered the cuteness of Miles Baby!
Angel Dear – Anchor Smocked Sunsuit
I can’t find this adorable sunsuit online anywhere, so I’m glad I kept it! We’ll be at the water park and in Hawaii this summer and this little outfit is perfect.
